Certified Advisor of the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE. One of Forbes’ 100 Women Leaders, she is a professor of economics, President of Federformazione, a Pontifical Academician, Secretary General of the Mediterranean Parliament, and a member of the Interparliamentary Group.
She heads the “International University Department of Research on Education, Innovation, Diplomacy” at CUIRIF and is Director General of the United Nations Leaders for Peace project. She holds senior positions in international associations, is a sector expert at ministerial levels, and specializes in cooperation and development. She focuses on the status of women in Italy and abroad, promoting training and job placement, human rights protection, and sustainability. She holds several master’s degrees, including European Project Planning, Business and Human Rights, and Immigration and Integration, under the patronage of the United Nations and the National Council of Economic and Social Committees. She is active in international relations through the World Intercultural Organization, the International Diplomatic Institute, Movimento Uniti per Unire, and other organizations. An expert in training, active policies, and skills certification, she is Vice President of the International Environmental Guards and the Nuova Organizzazione d’Imprese.

She is a member of the Planet Life Economy Foundation as a spokesperson for women’s leadership against gender-based violence and Vice President of Emergenza Sorrisi Onlus, and is an honorary member of Voce dell’Essere. Thanks to her expertise in strategic consulting, development, communications, digitalization, and internationalization, she was named one of the top three women in Europe for Innovation, Change, and Creativity. She has received the Euromed Prize for Humanity and the Carthage Prize for International Commitment and Legality Award. She participates in ASVIS working groups for the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda, coordinates cooperation and development projects, and collaborates with national and international institutions on active labor policies. Vice President of TeamsTV, she hosts columns on the economy and international dialogue and has authored articles in international journals. Head of the editorial series “Maria, via di pace tra le culture”, she is the author of several books, including “Covidnomics”, which analyses the circular economy, education, social inclusion and sustainable development, co-author of “The Secrets of Successful Parenting” on the development of children’s skills, co-author of the book “Introduction to the Diplomacy of Cultures” and author of “The Privilege of Being a Woman” which offers a vision of female leadership beyond stereotypes, authentic and inclusive.
